Ann Snortland
Ann is a full-time real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Montana Properties in Helena, MT. She grew up in Hawaii and came to Montana by way of the Diamond J Dude Ranch in Ennis as a teen. She loved it so much she attended Montana State University in Bozeman where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Business with an emphasis in marketing. Ann has lived in and out of the state and is happy to be back for good and is loving life in Helena.
Ann also brings more than 25 years of business marketing experience including event marketing, public relations, investor relations, and media and marketing communications. Ann knows how to market property. She works very closely with her clients to develop the story of their property, which serves as the basis for all marketing efforts. It is a great way to help potential buyers understand what makes a house or property special and why a buyer would want to purchase it.
Ann is a lifelong learner. She enthusiastically attends trainings in order to better serve her clients. Most recently, earning her Graduate Real Estate Institute designation.
Giving back is important to Ann. She is a member of the Big Sky Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association and served as Co-chair of the 2018 Salute to Women event, which raises money to support women in children in the Helena community. She was also a founding board member of One Warm Coat, a national nonprofit whose mission is to ensure that anyone who needs a coat has one free of charge.
When Ann decides to unplug, she enjoys spending time boating, golfing, fishing, hiking, camping, snowshoeing and relaxing outdoors with her husband and two children.
